  4. What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
    • You can manage your bookings through your Nail It account. Please note our cancellation policy, which may include fees for last-minute changes.​
  5. How are payments handled?
    • Payments are securely processed through our platform. You can pay using various methods, and your payment details are protected.​

    • Creating a profile is free. Nail It receives a commission on bookings made through the platform.​ You also have the option of purchasing a subscription plan once you have completed the verification process so that you can unlock additional benefits of using the site.

    • Use the dashboard in your account to update your availability, services, manage bookings, and communicate with clients.​

    • Payments are processed after the completion of a service. Funds are typically transferred to your account on a biweekly basis.​
